Digital Product Policy

Autozvin provides digital vehicle history reports that are generated and delivered instantly after payment. Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of these products, all sales are generally final once the report has been delivered.

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The report was not delivered due to a technical error on our side
  • The VIN report provided is incomplete or unreadable
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same order

In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect VIN entered by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with report contents when data is accurately provided
  • Delays or limitations caused by third-party data sources

Refund Method
