At AutoZvin, customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Please read this policy carefully before you buy any services. Because we value transparency, we provide clear rules for our digital products.
Digital Product Policy
AutoZvin delivers a digital AutozVin Report immediately after your payment. Consequently, all sales are final once our system generates the data. Because these products are digital and non-returnable, we cannot offer standard returns. Therefore, you should verify your vehicle details before you complete the checkout.
Eligible Refunds
However, we do offer solutions for technical issues. We may issue a refund under these specific conditions:

First, our system fails to deliver the AutozVin Report due to a server error.

Second, the report you receive is technically unreadable or broken.

Third, a duplicate charge appears for the exact same order.
Furthermore, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Otherwise, we cannot process your refund request.
Non-Refundable Situations
In contrast, we will not issue refunds for certain user-side errors. These include:

The Refund Process
To start a claim, please email us at autozvin@gmail.com. Specifically, you must include your Order ID and the VIN. Next, explain the reason for your refund request in detail. Our team reviews all submissions within 3 to 5 business days. Subsequently, we will send you an email with our final decision.
Refund Method
If we approve your request, we process the refund back to your original payment method. Note that your bank may take several days to show the funds. Finally, remember that AutoZvin operates as an independent provider of every AutozVin Report.
